On January 1, 2010, Tozui Corporation and Century Leasing (China) Co., Ltd. merged to become Century Tokyo Leasing China Corporation. Tozui Corporation is the former China subsidiary of Tokyo Leasing Co., Ltd. and Century Leasing (China) Co., Ltd. is the former China subsidiary of Century Leasing System, Inc.
Due to the rapid economic growth in China, businesses have found themselves in an evolving marketplace with lending freeze, changes in foreign currency control and tax regulation, etc. Century Tokyo Leasing China Corporation has been working with its clients in China to address the problems associated with these issues and have developed financial solutions to resolve them.
